NSPE Attends White House Advisors' Meeting on STEM Education and Energy Technology

NSPE Senior Manager of Government Relations Sarah Ogden attended the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology meeting. PCAST is an advisory group of the nation's leading scientists and engineers who directly advise President Obama on policy in areas where an understanding of science, technology, and innovation is key to strengthening America's economy. PCAST is administered by the White House's Office of Science and Technology Policy. The meeting included reviews of a K–12 science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education study and an energy technology innovation study.
